The 3 storey building was partially operation during the works (1/4 of the building was occupied by Meath County Council).  Works comprised of new M&E installation along with a new lift, extensive joinery works, new suspended ceilings, furniture, access control system, upgrade to the plant room areas, service diversions, removal of and upgrade to areas of the roof and windows, replacement of the façade on the building fabric. External Works were carried out to existing car-park along with the provision of cycling facilities, supply and erection of road signage for town area, site clearance, laying of ducting, tactile paving, footpath widening, site entrance and junction widening, signing and lining, landscaping and associated site works.

The high-quality finish included Specialised Joinery throughout the building, a feature Oak Lantern with birch infill panels at the main reception, Western Red Cedar for the joist, purlins and rafters, Kerto laminated veneer lumber along the stairs, incorporating LED lighting the length of the staircase, 30mm thick Green Connemara marble countertops, Kilkenny Limestone at the main entrance and Claytec plastering.

The project clearly sets a standard which can be achieved in high quality public-sector and commercial developments.
