Works included the refurbishment and upgrade to the swimming pool including the reception area and changing rooms. The installation and upgrading of services improved energy efficiency, reduced carbon foot print along with monetary savings to the client by the installation of CHP unit, Pool Hall AHU, changing room AHU, LED lighting, occupancy sensors, Pool covers, high efficiency boiler, insulation and draught proofing.
