October 2014: Rochestown House Contract Award

Manley Construction has recently been awarded the Rochestown House Contract in Sallynoggin, Dublin for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council.

The Contract involves the refurbishment of an existing apartment block and also involves the extension of an additional floor on the roof to incorporate another floor of apartments. The Contract has been selected by the Council to be a flagship energy efficient development and will seek to attain the EnerPHit Standard for refurbishment works, as set by the Passive House Institute, Germany!
