May 2014: Commencement of De Paul Swimming Pool

Manley Construction have recently been awarded a redevelopment contract for the 'De Pauls Swimming Pool', Navan Road for the Daughters of Charity.

Due to start on site in June the redevelopment includes refurbishment, alteration and fit-out of an existing swimming pool, , in Dublin to revitalise the existing public pool to achieve a more ambient place of leisure for our client and the end-users. Manley Construction are responsible for the management of structural alterations and repairs, stripping out, replacement of M&E services and Pool infiltration equipment, installation of new wall cladding, screens and joinery, new system partitions, replacement of tiles, re-painting of walls and ceilings and installation of new bespoke lighting.
