June 2023 - Affordable Housing

We have some new pictures of our construction site in Rush. The project involves building 62 units, with 52 of them being affordable housing units for Fingal County Council. The online application portal for those interested in purchasing one of these homes is now available. Affordable housing is designed to assist people with moderate incomes in buying new homes at lower prices. The local government takes a percentage stake in the home to cover the reduced price, meaning they will have a stake in the home equal to the discount provided. We are excited about the progress we are making and look forward to seeing these houses become homes.
