Manley is happy to hand over 18 units to Meath County Council. The project is located along Longford Road, Duleek consisted of the Design and build of 18 Units made up as: 8 No. 2-bed 2-storey terraced houses, 8 No. 3-bed 2-storey, terraced houses and 2 No. 4-bed 2-storey end of terrace houses.
The units delivered are to a high spec and energy rating achieving an A2 BER rating. This project was completed on a design and build contract. The style of the development provides modern efficient units, which were timber frame construction. Connection was made to the services outside of the boundary of the site so it was necessary health and safety precautions were followed and all required permits etc. obtained. Other works consisted of all associated roads, site services, boundaries, landscaping and site work. The scheme complies with all current building regulations and BCAR procedures including all airtightness requirements and specified A2 BER rating.
