July 2015: Award of New School Development for Manley’s

Manley Construction are delighted to have been awarded yet another school development – The Ratoath College Extension.

The Multi-million Euro development involves the construction of a new of a new c. 3,300 sqm two storey extension to the existing 1000 pupil Secondary School for the Louth and Meath Education and Training Board.

The new extension consists of Engineering and Metalwork room, Special Needs Education rooms, Lecture room, 3 Pastoral Offices, GP Area, 12 general Classrooms, Project Store, Dress Design, 3 Group rooms, 2 Science Rooms, Social Studies room, 3 Maths rooms, 19 toilet areas and Plant, Swich and DC rooms.

The development involves working within a live school environment, Health & Safety will be of our outmost concern and we will ensure to have the necessary measures in place to ensure the project is delivered with 'Zero-Harm'.
