December 2014: KFC Handover

 The project involved the construction of a new KFC drive-thru restaurant, together with associated drainage, external and site development works. The fast track programme of 14 weeks included shell and core and full fit out of the restaurant along with car park and all mechanical and electrical fittings and equipment i.e. signage, surface finishes etc.
