August 2013: Handover of Stringent Office Development

The new extension provided a total of 827m² of new high quality office space for our Client, thus transforming an existing five storey building into seven stories.

The new extension was located at roof level, and involved the removal of plant room areas, service diversions and extensive and enabling and temporary works, removal of areas of roof and windows and installation of new, removal and re-use of brickwork to ensure consistent aesthetics of the elevation, installation of temporary works, extension to the concrete steel frame of the building with new steel structure frame build up, and installation of a copper cladding roof all while the busy office remained in full operation.
