Construction and fit-out of a new Community Centre which provides crèche, after school, training and community facilities. The building uses natural daylight, renewable energy features, building form, materials including brick, zinc and glazed curtain walling as well as addressing the specific health & safety and accessibility requirements of a community facility of this type.

The two storey building was constructed using standard cavity block construction with structural steel framing, insitu concrete ground floor and pre-cast concrete first floor, a mix of mono pitch and flat roofs, and finished with curtain walling, zinc roofing, pigmented render and brick finishes. Extensive M&E installations were installed including solar panels on the roof.
