Mixed Use Development comprising of office and residential accommodation. The development overlooking Dun Laoghaire Harbour comprised of two four storey blocks. Light atriums were incorporated into the blocks to ensure adequate light into the internal accommodation.

The overall development nests over a full size underground car park with security access to all areas. The building finished in high quality materials comprises of pigmented render, curtain walling and timber cladding.
