May 2016: The appointment of David Flanagan as Contracts Director

The Board of Management are pleased to announce the appointment of David Flanagan as Contracts Director.  David holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Dundee University.  He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience from both the Irish and International market.
